Builder Platform is the public doorway into APN's reusable site and product infrastructure. It is for people who need a controlled shell, selected modules, integrations or an isolated testing ground without rebuilding every foundation from zero.

No public self-service provisioning, automatic Supabase account creation, production credential exchange or one-click client sandbox is claimed on this release. Those remain controlled build items.
